FUND RAISER

Update: Due to getting IRS forms, the site is not up. Projected date is mid December.

Brothers,

White Mountain Lodge has decided to participate in a fund raiser that EVERYONE can support. We have a web site http://www.SHOP.COM/AZ3 where you can register and purchase ANYTHING on the web and the lodge will get royalties based on that purchase. SHOP.COM is a fantastic internet search engine that can find what ever you need on the internet from over 2500 stores and give you all the prices from each store that carries what you are looking for. On top of that, it will give you CASH BACK on the purchase. Depending on the store, it will refund to you from 2% to 35% which you can use for future purchases or ask for a check. Anyone registering on our web site entitles us to get royalties which means that your children, grandchildren, friends can help us too and take advantage of the cash back savings. This means that all Brothers are able to help the lodge without leaving home. By the time you get this, the site should be available. If not, keeping trying. If our lodge is not displayed on the page and my name isn't shown as the shop consultant (Bill Greenen) then it isn't up yet. Our biggest return is on Market America products which consists of health care, pet care, home products and a few other items. I will try to highlight products each month that I think are outstanding. Their biggest seller is OPC3 which is a strong antioxidant that has been reported to due wonders. I take it myself (as well as th Warner's) and I feel very good. If you are buying anything on the internet for Christmas, do it from this site because you can choose the best price available if the site isn't available and you need to buy things, use my site shop.com/usafraternity and register. I will move your registration over to wm3 when the site is active.

Something to Think About

WHERE’S WHERE IN ROYAL ARCH MASONRY?

Bethel

The twelfth place encountered in the Royal Arch Chapter is Bethel, a stopping place for the sojourners on their way to Jerusalem.

Bethel is first mentioned in Holy Scripture with reference to patriarchal times, when Abraham built an altar (Genesis 12:8) and dwelled there following his stay in Egypt (Genesis 13:3).

There, Abraham camped, the Scriptures tell us, between Bethel and Hai-a. These are most significant places. Bethel means “the house of God.”; Hai means “a heap of ruins.”

God offers His house to those who have lost their own. With the house of God for his dwelling, and a heap of ruins nearby, it reminded Abraham of the difference between walking with God and walking with the world.

It was also here at Bethel that Jacob erected a pillar and consecrated it after seeing angels in a dream ascending and descending a ladder reaching from earth to heaven, while God reassured him concerning flight from his brother Esau (Genesis 28:11-22; 31:13).

Centuries later, in talking to Nathaniel, the Lord Jesus identified Himself as the ladder that Jacob saw, bridging the immeasurable distance between Deity and humanity, heaven and  earth.
